What is your evening routine?
Make a cup of herbal tea, prepare a to do list for the following day, 5 minute journal, and reading a chapter or two of a novel.
Have you changed it recently? If so, how?
I got away from doing the 5 minute journal in the evenings but I've recently brought that back into my routine. If I don't do the 5 minute journal I always incorporate some type of gratitude. For example, writing down 3-5 things I'm grateful for that day.
How long have you kept it for?
About 6 months.
What does your last meal of the day look like?
Usually chicken with an assortment of veggies.
What time do you usually go to sleep?
Hmmm.. good question. I'm not sure but my husband and I always have the fan on while we sleep to cool down the room.
What temperature do you usually sleep in?
The colder the better. I live in a very old apartment with pretty terrible temperature control so I'm not sure what temperature it usually is. I think I like mid to high 60s when I sleep.
What time do you usually wake up?
8 or 8:30.
Do you do something to make your morning easier? If so, what?
Yes. I always make a to do list the night before. Also, I always set out my clothes for the next day and choose what I want for breakfast. The fewer unimportant decisions I have to make early in the morning the better.
